Burnout doesn't usually arrive as a crisis. It arrives slowly, in the form of things you start explaining away — "I'm just tired," "It's just a busy month," "I'll rest when this is over." The trouble is, for a lot of people, there's always another "this."
You don't need to tick every box below for it to count. Even one or two of these, held for a while, is worth paying attention to.

Burnout isn't a personal failing — it's a signal. Healing starts with listening to it, not silencing it.
